Returns & Refunds
It may be hard to know exactly what you’re getting when you order online, however, we have a detailed description of each candle scent listed. Due to our mission of donating funds/candles to those in need, we do not accept returns or issue refunds at this time, unless we cannot fill your order for any reason.
Exchanges
If your item happens to be damaged during the production or shipping process, we offer a 30-day exchange policy.
If your candle experiences burn issues due to a fault in our manufacturing of it, please send us a picture of the damage to calmandcurecandles@gmail.com, along with your order number.
Items will be exchanged for the same item that was originally ordered.
If your candle happens to be damaged during the shipping process, all of our packages are insured with USPS. Your candle will be replaced. Please send a picture of the damage to calmandcurecandles@gmail.com, along with your order number.
Received the Wrong Item?
No problem! Keep Calm. If you are ever missing an item or received the wrong one, please send us a picture of the item that you received, along with your order number to calmandcurecandles@gmail.com. We will get the right item to you!
If you have received the wrong item, you are required to return the incorrect item to us first, in order to receive a replacement. Customers will pay the flat-rate fee of returning the item. Once received, Calm & Cure Candle Co. will cover the shipping for your new item, and refund you the flat-rate charge.
At Calm & Cure Candle Co., we definitely try to minimize our mistakes, but they will happen. We ask that everyone be respectful, as we strive to make you happy. Let’s Calm the World Together!
